I wanted to be able to sell my final DVD's both in the UK and in America so after some research i came to the conclusion that i would need to buy an NTSC camcorder to go with my PAL camcorder, which i did. But I am now editing the footage and i notice there is an 'NTSC' option in the settings in the Capture mode of Pinnacle? My question is, was it a mistake to buy the NTSC camcorder? Can i just use the PAL tapes and convert them to NTSC in capture mode? If this is possible will the picture quality suffer? I have all the footage captured on NTSC aswell so should i edit the PAL and NTSC footage separately?
